Reflexology is a wonderful, gentle, holistic therapy that has been used for thousands of years

It is suitable for babies to the most "mature" of people & can do NO harm. It is a non-invasive treatment that can help in treating many everyday complaints for which you would normally visit your doctor. Can be used in conjunction with conventional medicine. It works on the reflex points of the foot that in turn correspond to all the body structures, organs and glands. The whole of the foot is treated using a firm but gentle pressure to increase energy, promote healing & balance of mind, body & spirit. It is extremely relaxing and a very useful "stress buster".

Indian Head Massage

The Indian head massage is based on a traditional method of massage used by Indian women for over a thousand years. It is a deep firm treatment which is worked on the upper back, along the shoulders, up through the neck, all over the head and finishing with pressure points to the face & ears. Whilst it has all the benefits of a traditional massage, i.e. stress relief and improved circulation etc. this treatment is concentrated over a much smaller area to give specific relief to shoulder and neck tension and aid in the relieve of headaches. It is a relaxing yet invigorating treatment, which can be very beneficial to any one suffering from tense neck & shoulder muscles or headaches.

Original La Stone Therapy The Original LaStone Therapy

La Stone Therapy stands alone in its uniqueness. Mary Nelson built this treatment based around the teaching and beliefs of the Native American Indians, a people she has had close contact with throughout her life.

It encompasses many of the well-known therapies such as Massage, Crystals, Geothermal application and healing into one treatment. LaStone uses both Hot & Cold stone application for both massage & placement on and around the body during treatment. LaStone creates balance & harmony, working on both the physical and spiritual sides of the client. It is stimulating, relaxing and energizing, offering clients the opportunity of "release" at a pace that is right for them.
