Level1 Reiki Training Courses

These are residential courses being held over a weekend (arrive Friday any time after 4.00 departing Sunday) See travel page for information. Limited numbers will insure that those attending get the best out of their weekend. All meals will be included (special diets catered for where possible, prior notice required please), as well as excellent accommodation. This will be an intense but fun weekend, enabling you to use Reiki for self-healing.

The weekend will begin with you being able to settle in and meet the other guests. Dinner will be served at 7.30pm. This will be followed by a Chakra cleansing meditation, with discussion afterwards.
Saturday
Breakfast will be at 8.30am Gentle exercises at 10.00am Tea and discussion about Reiki and its principles will take us to Lunch at 1.30pm Weather permitting will see us out walking in the surrounding forest area of Sillé Lake! Good to get back to nature. Time for questions to be asked and initiations carried out. A well earned cup of tea or coffee. We will carry out exchange treatments both before and after dinner, which will be served at 7.30pm A Chakra balancing Meditation before bed, you should all sleep very well!
Sunday
Breakfast will be at 8.30am Gentle exercises at 10.00am Feed back and discussion about treatments given and received Homework handed out and explained. Questions. Guidance. Treatments. Lunch at 1.30am (Can be arranged earlier if necessary) Time to carry on chatting and exchange with new friends made over the weekend. The end of your stay here, but the beginning of the rest of your life, using Reiki as a part of it.

Reflexology - a step further

Add another dimension to your treatment. This is a CPD course for those already trained in reflexology.
These are residential courses being held over a weekend (arrive Friday any time after 4.00 departing Sunday). See travel page for information. Limited numbers will insure that those attending get the best out of their weekend. You must hold a Reflexology qualification to take part.
All meals will be included (special diets catered for where possible, prior notice required please), as well as excellent accommodation. This course will enable you to work with Reflexology at a much deeper level and more intuitively.

Breakfast will be at 8.30am. Tea and discussion about Reflexology and how its principles affects our clients. Explanation, techniques and practise of new moves. We will be working both feet together , working the body as a whole for a much more balanced effect. Lunch at 1.30pm Time for questions to be asked and the exchange of treatments carried out. A well earned cup of tea or coffee. We will carry on with exchange treatments both before and after dinner, which will be served at 7.30pm Discussion on treatments given & received. A Chakra balancing Meditation before bed, you should all sleep very well!
Sunday
Breakfast will be at 8.30am More feed back and discussion about treatments given and received Lunch at 1.30am (Can be arranged earlier if necessary) Time to carry on chatting with new friends made over the weekend. The end of your stay here, but the beginning of the rest of your life, using your newly learnt techniques.
